Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Journal of Current Medical Research and Opinion (JCMRO) is an open-access journal. To support editorial processing, peer-review management, online hosting, and publication services, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 210 USD is applicable only after acceptance of the manuscript.

APC Policy

JCMRO follows strict ethical publishing standards:

• APC is charged only after the manuscript is accepted.
• APC payment does not influence editorial decisions.
• All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process before any payment request is made.
• Editorial decisions are based solely on scientific quality and merit.

Waiver Policy

JCMRO is committed to supporting researchers worldwide and promoting equitable access to scientific publishing.

Full or partial APC waivers may be granted to:

• Authors from low- and middle-income countries
• Early-career researchers with limited funding
• Authors facing genuine financial constraints

All waiver requests are evaluated independently of the peer-review process. Approval or rejection of a waiver request does not influence the editorial outcome.

Transparency Statement

Acceptance of a manuscript is based solely on:

• Scientific merit
• Originality
• Relevance to the journal’s scope
• Research quality and ethical standards

Payment of APC does not guarantee publication, and inability to pay does not automatically result in rejection. JCMRO maintains a strict commitment to fairness, transparency, and publication ethics.
