Author Instructions – Ethics in Publishing

Ethics in Publishing

Authors are expected to adhere to the highest standards of publication ethics. For detailed ethical guidelines, please refer to the journal’s Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.

Conflict of Interest

All authors must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest, including financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence, or be perceived to influence, the research. These disclosures should cover the three years prior to submission.

Submission Declaration and Verification

Submission of a manuscript implies that the work has not been published previously, except as an abstract, lecture, thesis, or preprint, and is not under consideration elsewhere. It also confirms that all authors and responsible authorities have approved the submission. If accepted, the manuscript will not be published elsewhere in the same form without written permission. All submissions may be checked using plagiarism detection tools such as CrossCheck.

Changes to Authorship

Requests to add, remove, or rearrange authors must be submitted by the corresponding author and must include a clear explanation and written consent from all authors. Processing will be paused until agreement is confirmed. After publication, such changes will be made through a corrigendum.

Copyright

Authors retain copyright of their work. Upon acceptance, authors grant the journal a license to publish and distribute the article. Open access articles are published under a Creative Commons license.

Role of the Funding Source

Authors must clearly identify all sources of funding and describe the role of the sponsor, if any, in study design, data collection, analysis, manuscript preparation, and submission. If there was no involvement, this should be stated.

Open Access Policy

The journal follows an open access model, and all articles are freely available immediately upon publication. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing reuse with proper attribution.

Language Requirements

Manuscripts must be written in clear and grammatically correct English. Authors are encouraged to use professional language editing services where necessary.

Submission Process

All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online system. The submission process is fully electronic, and all communication, including editorial decisions, is conducted via email.

Preparation of Manuscripts

Manuscripts should be prepared using standard word processing software in a simple, single-column format. Authors should avoid excessive formatting and use standard text styles such as bold and italics where required.

Article Structure

Manuscripts should include the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Additional sections such as Appendices may be included if necessary.

Title Page Information

The title should be concise and informative. Author names and affiliations must be clearly provided. The corresponding author should include full contact details, including email and address.

Abstract

The abstract should clearly state the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of the study. It should be concise and able to stand alone.

Keywords

Provide up to six keywords after the abstract. Keywords should be specific and relevant for indexing purposes.

Acknowledgments

Acknowledgments should be placed before the references and include contributions that do not qualify for authorship, along with funding and support details.

Figures and Tables

Figures and tables should be clearly labeled, numbered consecutively, and accompanied by descriptive captions. Data should not be unnecessarily duplicated.

References

References should be cited using numbered brackets and listed in the order of appearance. Ensure all references are accurate and formatted according to the journal style.
