Abstract

This case included a 39-year-old male who complained of fever, impaired vision, and a left nasopharyngeal hemorrhageĀ upon arriving atĀ the medical OPD. This situation warrants the need to keep abreast of theĀ potential side effects of the transfusion of blood components against any purported advantages.
